Cancellation Policy

At Yana Skin Care, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you do so in a timely manner. This helps us accommodate other clients and provide the best experience for everyone.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to change your appointment if necessary. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone at 281-306-1999 or by email at yana@yanaskincare.com.

We kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we may charge a late cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the costs of holding the appointment time for you and is necessary for us to continue offering our services.

We understand emergencies happen, and we’re happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out and let us know. We are always happy to assist where we can.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us in advance, we will consider it a "no-show." A no-show fee will apply to your next booking. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy our services, and not showing up without notice takes away from others who may have needed the appointment.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and we're always happy to work with you. However, consistent no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments with us.

Late Arrivals

We understand that things happen and you may arrive a little late. We ask that you let us know if you’re running behind. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment.

Your appointment may be shortened to fit into the remaining available time, and the full service fee will still apply. We want to ensure that everyone gets the full experience they deserve, so please try to arrive on time.

Rescheduling and Flexibility

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, just let us know as soon as possible. We are flexible and will do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you.

Life is busy, and we get that. If something comes up, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to find a new appointment time that works for you.
